Situated two km below the surface in the Vale Creighton Mine located near Sudbury Ontario Canada, SNOLAB is an expansion of the existing facilities constructed for the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory (SNO) solar neutrino experiment.

Meaglow Receives Award at the 4th Annual RBC Innovation Awards

Meaglow Ltd. received the award for the "Innovative Project of the Year" at the 2012 RBC Innovation Awards held at the Valhalla Inn, in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Meaglow Launches Nitrogen-Rich Indium Nitride Wafers

Meaglow Ltd. a privately held firm that produces a range of epitaxy equipment (Migration Enhanced Afterglow), MBE and MOCVD accessories, as well as providing specialized thin films to research institiutes and industry, has announced what it claims is a breakthrough in understanding the nitrogen rich defects of  Indium Nitride.
