Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum

Canada’s Flying Museum

Location:
Mount Hope,
9280 Airport Road, Mount Hope
at the Hamilton International Airport.

Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is a living museum featuring the aircraft used by Canadians or Canada's Military from the beginning of World War II up to the present. The Museum's collection includes aircraft that really fly and several that remains on static display and are interactive workshops.
More than 40 aircraft from WW11-Jets are displayed indoors and in-the-air. Aircraft fly (in season). Experience the thrill of an open cockpit ride in a bi-plane, the Stearman, or maybe a Harvard trainer. Helmets have a two-way intercom and pilots provide educating and entertaining narrations. See aircraft restorations. Canteen, gift shop, theatre, vintage aircraft rides available.
